A quick and easy 10min healthy breakfast meal with no pancake mix!!

4 egg whites; 1 whole egg
1/2 cup of old fashion oats
Two table spoons of powdered peanut butter
Dash of cinnamon
One table spoon of stevia & cane sugar blend
Mix all ingredients in a blender
Use a medium pan,  spray it with coconut spray

Watch your pancake RISE… Yum!!
