SUP Paddleboarding, SUP YOGA and SURFING

Can you believe it only took me 37 years to do all of those things? And there’s something about it being Hawaii, I felt so safe and so brave out there.  I’m thankful for all of my fitness training at the gym, in pilates, yoga and BJJ, because I feel like each one made me a stronger participant. Balance, I had it…and the willingness to just get back up after each wave and try again…It was amazing.  SUP was awesome, and I actually like it more than I thought I would. I have always passed up the opportunities but from now on I won’t.  I’m currently in physical therapy for my right knee, not sure whats happened there but we’re starting with that before anything else. I’m believing for healing and thanking God for that in advance.  So….if there’s something you’ve been meaning to do, go out there and do it.  I’ll be rooting you on! Here’s to staying fit on all levels.
