There are moments where I just can’t help it. I mean really…can anyone relate? For as much work and study and discipline and consciousness that you can put in to your everyday, there are moments that really can pull the rug out from underneath you. Maybe that’s why I spend so much time on my social media outlets posting inspirational things, it’s because I need to constantly be inspired. Consistently be anchored.
